- Fully agree that the multi-sig shouldn’t be a long term solution.
- In terms of metrics: of course track TVL, Volumes and Fees will be tracked closely. Value of the position held can of course also be monitored. Anything else you’d suggest measuring?
- Time boxing: hard to do because I believe the value will only be clear over longer periods of time. Suggesting to initially start with giving it 3 months before drawing any conclusions.
