How clear cache with error: {"code":-32603,"message":"Internal error","data":"tx already exists in cache"}

Anyone know how to clear the cache on my Ledger Nano X? The first transaction did not process so I tried again and now all it says is:

{“code”:-32603,“message”:“Internal error”,“data”:“tx already exists in cache”}

hey, this has nothing to do with ledger, it’s the blockchain node that the transaction went to that might be holding it, it should pass after a while

Thanks, Puneet. It was a problem with the Persistence blockchain that the developers have now fixed. Everything working fine. Appreciate the response.
